The town of Calahonda has proved popular in recent years, and apartments, villas and townhouses in the town have found a ready market with both native and foreign buyers. Attention has been turning lately to more spacious properties, and Casa Care Estate Agents, in conjunction with well-known developers Allied Developments EspaÀa, decided that the time was right to build a small-scale development of three-bedroom townhouses with their own gardens. Only a few kilometres from Marbella in one direction and Fuengirola in the other, residents of Cortijo de Calahonda will find all sorts of activities only a short journey away.
