Ribera del Rio: This development of 48 luxury apartments is being promoted by a local partnership of Sotoinvest, S.A., a well respected local quality developer, and Erasur, one of the longest and most established companies in the area.
It is these apartments that catch my imagination and fill me with tremendous enthusiasm.
Set on the south facing bank of the Rio Guadiario a river with constant flowing water. Both to the west and east of the site are islands that are nature reserves.
