Dear Colleague, In a market that has seen many magazines try and fail, and yet still has
many magazines to choose from, it is refreshing to find a property
magazine that remains pure in its intention to deliver a specific product.
123 Property News is such a magazine, specifically catering for Englishspeaking residents and visitors who are interested in buying property
in Spain and Gibraltar.
Now in its seventh year of publication, 123 Property News has recently
changed from bi-monthly to monthly publication, a move that has been
on the cards for quite a while. The change is in response to feedback
from both readers and advisers, which told us that two months is a very
long time in the fast-moving world of property. With the move to more
frequent publication, we have also made other changes, such as a new
design and a clearer layout, along with a new and dynamic corporate
image that aims to reflect our strong values and our increasing participation
in the property business in both Spain and Gibraltar.
With 10,000 copies distributed every month, from Malaga down to
Cadiz, in Gibraltar, and in both Gibraltar and Malaga airports, and in
every worthwhile drop point and social venue frequented by expat
residents and visitors along the Costa del Sol and the Costa de la Luz,
awareness of our magazine is very high. Additionally, we have a fast
developing but already highly interactive website, www.123propertynews.com, which continues to attract an increasing
number of visitors, averaging over 30,000 unique visitors per month.
It is worth noting that all our advertisers feature on our website, with
applicable links to their own websites and email addresses.
You will find in this media pack our current rate card, together with
detailed information. We ask that you view 123 Property News as a
medium for your advertising and ‘advertorials’, or indeed for any editorial
comment that you may wish to submit to the editor. We are always
happy to hear news and views from our peers in the property business.

Publishing Schedule
123 Property News will be published every month, with distribution of the magazine on the first Monday of the
month of publication.
- Advertisements -
All finished artwork must be received no later than the 10th day of the
month preceding the month of publication.
- Editorial - Relevant news and information for publication must be received no
later than the 10th day of the month preceding the month of publication.
- Development Reviews -
All elements for the development review must be compiled and delivered
no later than the 7th day of the month preceding publication.
Basic finishing of all client artwork is included in the price. Charges may
apply for major amendments. All dates are for informational purposes

Copy requirements
All images must be in high resolution minimum 300 dpi.
123 Publishers no longer accepts advertisements supplied as colour separation or films.
Apple Mac files may be supplied, please see below for specifications.
Mac Files
Medium: Apple Mac compatible files may also be supplied on CD.
File format: Files can be in the form of Quark Xpress, Freehand,
Photoshop, PDF with all associated picture files or a complete EPS.
Fonts: All fonts, both screen and printer, must also be supplied. If the
correct fonts are not supplied an alternative may be substituted at our
discretion.
Picture files: These should be TIFF or EPS files, JPEGs in high resolution
(300 dpi) or PDF.
Colours: All colours should be CMYK, not RGB. Pantones should be
converted to CMYK.
Colour reproduction
No liability will be taken for unsatisfactory printing results from clientsupplied files.
No guarantee can be made for an exact colour or tone match for
artwork, which may also vary slightly between issues.
Amendments to supplied artwork
If required, and technically possible, 123 Property News will amend
supplied artwork to reflect simple text changes or key coding. All such
requests must be in writing (verbal requests will not be accepted). If
possible, and time allowing, proofs will be supplied. No charge will be
made for this service, but please note that no liability will be accepted
for such changes.
